Please Note:
Booking in time is 4 pm on the day of arrival and guest must leave by 11 am on the day of departure

Pool Heating if required usually  November to March £80 /$140 per week, must be booked in advance
Spa heating at £30 per week

Deposit of £125/$218 will be required per week at time of booking

Security Deposit £200/$350 will also be required ten weeks before the booking starts with the rest of the balance. The security deposit will be returned in full after inspection of the villa if all is well, any damage will be deducted from this deposit. Refund of  the deposit will be made 3 weeks after departure

Cancellation  will be made in writing

Cancellation charges  apply:

7 to 10 weeks remaining  50% of total rental forfeited
6 to 8 weeks remaining    70% of total rental forfeited
5 or less weeks               total rental forfeited
